How did we help?

Overview-

Startliving is specializes in building projects involving residential and commercial spaces, construction of offices, marinas, shopping malls and industrial facilities. They constructed a large number of A-grade office and shopping center investments. They seek the optimal flexible solutions for anyone who wishes to build warehouses and hangars, container homes, luxury villas and multi-story buildings such as apartments, hotels or hospitals.

Goal –

Our goal was to make a website that is both useful and user-friendly. This site is the first impression many people have of our business, and we want them to be impressed. Making your website search engine optimized, including detailed design and good content, ensures that your website will impress potential clients and encourage them to return.

Challenge –

For many real estate development companies, making the switch from cold calling to online marketing means they face new challenges. With a proper website and lead generation campaigns, the real estate industry can take full advantage of online technology.

Solution For Website development

Website Development –

During the strategy phase, we took our information and turned it into wireframes. A wireframe is a blueprint of a website’s layout. It allows us to quickly test ideas and make sure we are optimizing the user experience. We paid particular attention to the user touchpoints on the research reports page, property listing page, employee bios section, and services section. By laying out content to tell a cohesive story, these pages became easy for customers to use to find what they were looking for by incorporating advanced search and filter features.

We created a website design that’s consistent with the rest of Transwestern’s marketing materials. For the first few designs, we held a 5-second test, to make sure the first impression of the designs resonated with our target website visitors. We used responsive technology to ensure that people visiting our website have a great experience across all devices – whether they’re viewing it on a TV, desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

The designed website, which had a more intuitive and immersive layout, helped visitors find what they were looking for, whether that was a property to buy or lease, an employee to contact, information about value-adding services, or a market research report.
