Full Cost Breakdown — Within 24 Hours

We prepare a complete, itemised cost breakdown showing exactly what you will pay. This includes the employee's gross salary, all statutory employer contributions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, gratuity provisioning), medical insurance, and our service fee — all shown as separate line items.

There are no surprises. What you see in the breakdown is exactly what you are invoiced. Nothing is bundled, hidden, or adjusted after the fact.

💡 Transparency commitment

The cost breakdown we send you is also what your employee receives as their offer letter figure. Our fee is always shown separately, never embedded in the salary.

✍️ Day 2–3

Service Agreement

Once you approve the cost breakdown, we issue a straightforward service agreement. Minimum term is 3 months for EOR (1 month for contractor management). The agreement covers scope, billing, termination, data handling, and our respective obligations.

No annual lock-in. No setup fee. You sign digitally and we move immediately to onboarding.

🚀 Day 3–5

Employee Onboarding — 72 Hours

We issue the offer letter, employment contract, and appointment letter on your behalf. The employee completes KYC document submission (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details). We set up their PF registration (UAN), ESI (if applicable), Professional Tax enrollment, and configure their payroll structure.

Medical insurance is activated. HRIS access is provisioned. We coordinate IT equipment procurement in India if required.

📅 Every Month After

Ongoing Management — You Do Nothing

Every month, without prompting, we process payroll on the agreed date, deduct and deposit statutory contributions (PF ECR by the 15th, TDS by the 7th, ESI by the 15th, Professional Tax per state schedule), issue payslips to your employee, and send you a single consolidated invoice.

We handle leave management, attendance tracking, and any statutory changes that affect your employee's employment. You direct the work. We handle everything else.

Before You Book a Call.

What do I need to provide to get started?

The job title, salary, and start date for the hire — or a brief if you need us to recruit first. That is enough for us to send you a cost breakdown on the same day.

How long does the whole process take?

From first contact to fully onboarded employee: 3–5 working days. If you need recruitment first, add 2–6 weeks depending on the role and how quickly your team can interview.

What if I want to end the arrangement?

After the minimum term (3 months for EOR, 1 month for contractors), you can exit with standard notice. We handle the statutory exit formalities — full and final settlement, Form 16, PF closure — on your behalf.

Can I later transfer the employee to my own India entity?

Yes. When you are ready to set up your own entity, we manage the payroll transition and support the entity handover. Davzon can also manage HR and payroll for your own India entity going forward.

How do I pay Davzon?

You receive a single monthly invoice covering the employee's salary, all statutory employer contributions, and our service fee — itemised separately. We invoice in USD (GBP and AED available on request). Payment is by wire transfer or international bank transfer.
